Inaugural Congress - Welcome Message

It is a great pleasure and honor to invite you, on behalf of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions (AACC), to the AACC's Inaugural Congress to be held in Seoul, Republic of Korea on May 20 to 24, 2012.

The forthcoming Congress, which will be held under the theme "Present and Future of Constitutional Justice in Asia," will bring together not only the members of the AACC but also the institutions exercising constitutional jurisdiction from other countries, regional and linguistic groups and legal experts to share their insights and experiences, as well as strengthen mutual trust and friendship.

All of the members and staff at the Constitutional Court of Korea including myself are making every effort to ensure the success of the upcoming event and make it a more meaningful and enjoyable moment of harmony.

Please honor us with your presence to celebrate the launch of the AACC, and I hope that you will take back wonderful memories of Seoul, a city of ancient heritage and modern technology.
